Over the past twenty years Epsilon has managed a wide variety of refurbishment and new-build projects ranging from public travel facilities, theatres, museums, residential and offices. Some of the more notable are listed below.

HACKNEY EMPIRE THEATRE Epsilon was appointed as Construction Manager to complete the project. After six months intensive work on site the original Matcham Theatre was opened on time and budget. The new wing opened after a further six months when the full interior fit out, external brickwork, installation of terracotta external cladding and the terracotta letters to the Hackney Empire sign, were finished. The project was awarded the RIBA Conservation Commendation 2005.
VICTORIA COACH STATION Epsilon has acted as Construction Manager on over twenty projects for Victoria Coach Station since completing the re-roofing and part new structure to the Arrivals Garage in 1990/91. Following this Epsilon managed the complete refurbishment of the Departures Terminal in 1991/92. The project, valued at £4.1 million, was completed within budget and opened six months ahead of schedule. The Coach Station remained fully operational whilst the works were carried out in approximately 10 different sections. Twenty million passengers passed through the Coach Station during its two year refurbishment. In 2008 we managed the refurbishment of some of the passenger facilities that were built during the original refurbishment of 1991/92.
LONDON TRANSPORT MUSEUM Epsilon has acted as Construction Manager on many projects for the Museum since 1993 and as Construction Advisor on their recent £20 million overhaul completed in late 2007.
SHERINGHAM COURT HAYES MIDDLESEX Epsilon managed this £4.7 million project for Sunrise Hotels, built for the Genesis Housing Group. The reinforced concrete basement was built below the groundwater table. The frame is reinforced concrete to first floor and timber for the six further floors. The project was completed in July 2007 to extremely high standards of quality and workmanship.
BIRCHWAY HAYES MIDDLESEX Epsilon managed all the construction works on this £3.6 million project on behalf of main contractor Sunrise Hotels Ltd. The project was carried out for Paradigm Housing Association and was completed in November 2009. It was built to Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
