BIRCHWAY HAYES The project, which was managed by Epsilon on behalf of Sunrise Hotels Ltd, and built for Paradigm Housing Association, started on site in January 2009 and was completed at the beginning of November 2009. It was one of the very first schemes in the UK to have been built to Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, and has been nominated for numerous awards.

NEW PROJECTS
Victoria Coach Station Epsilon is managing the reconstruction of the Ticket Office at Victoria Coach Station with completion due in September 2010. The original Ticket Office was built in 1991 as part of the £4million redevelopment of the Coach Station managed by Epsilon.
Refurbishment Projects for Nearfine Ltd The refurbishment of the internal common parts and external facades and roofs of 2 Cadogan Estate properties have commenced in 2010, with 2 further refurbisments due to start later in the year. Each refurbishment is valued at approximately £300,000.
The South Bank Centre Epsilon has been
working successfully with the South Bank Centre in Waterloo since August
2009, to help manage the numerous small projects undertaken to maintain
and improve facilities on their 21 acre site. One such project was the
replacement of a damaged 6.2m x 2.7m glazed panel to the Skylon restaurant in
the Royal Festival Hall.

FUTURE PROJECTS Epsilon has been appointed to manage 2 further projects at the London Transport Museum - the Sustainable Museums project which aims to substantially reduce the museum's carbon footprint, and the Staff Entrance/Reception, Public Toilets and Learning and Classroom. The value of these two projects is approaching £800,000. This appointment represents a continuation of the close working relationship between London Transport Museum and Epsilon, which started in 1993.
